Cron?
How do I set up/ edit the cron function on my site? All I can find is the link to Drupal's explanation.

Ok, I am still stuck on this, and now I only seem to have the 'update cron manually' option. I can't find 'cron.php' attached to my site.

Yes, I tweeted you shortly after that second post and you fixed it. Of course, now I can't find it to confirm, but it was working. :) So it should still be ok.
